Now if you've been listening to this show for a while, you'll know that one of the things we don't get around to very often is hearing from guests who represent diverse cultures.

So I'm excited that Jorge and Denise Suarez are joining me today.

They're originally from the Dominican Republic, but they've

been ministering in the United States, primarily Miami, for almost 30 years. Now, they're both

sex therapists, and we're going to be talking about how the Hispanic culture is different from

mainstream America in the areas of relationships and sexuality, but also how biblical principles

have no borders when it comes

to helping couples have healthy sexual relationships.

Jorge, this is the first time I've gotten to meet you in person.

Yes.

But, Denise, you and I connected how many years ago when you first moved.

When I just got here.

Yeah, and I forget how all that happened.

Well, one of your volunteers, oh geez, I forget her name now, one of your main volunteers, we have a common friend.

So I met her.

Robbie.

Yes. And she said, oh, you do that? Like, you're a common friend. So I met her. Robbie. Yes.

And she said, oh, you do that?

Like, you're a sex therapist?

And I'm like, yes.
