Okay, before we get to today's feature presentation of Cool Detective, we've got to get through

some announcements.

First, we're doing a live show in L.A. on May 19th with Sir Felix Biederman, who will be leaving

Chappo to start a boutique soda company with two separate lines of flavor sodas and utility

sodas.

Then, on May 20th, we're doing another LA show with

Wolf Parade, but that one's already sold out so we don't have to tell you guys about it,

and we can phone it in, and we don't have to try, and it doesn't matter. But then we're also

doing a show with Wolf Parade in San Francisco on May 22nd, which isn't sold out, so we need to

beg you guys to go to that one. Also, I have to mention

that I have a new podcast with Cameron from Podcast About List that's called Pretty Dim Wonder,

and it's a fully scripted narrative thing that we're doing with Raina Duris from NPR's World

Cafe, Nika Danilova, aka Azola Jesus, and Dan Beckner from Wolf Parade

and Arcade Fire. And I think basically anyone who liked the reverse Airbud E1 will like this

because it has like a similar vibe that's like a very pleasant kind of stupidness. But anyway,

I'll put all the links for all that stuff in the episode description below.

Thank you. On the big tasty day of the big tasty day parade, that famous annual day in Chicago where everyone gets to eat as much, sweets,

yummies, goodies, little treaty guys, tasty wasies, scrumpty dumpties, peanuts, chocolates, toilet trashers, chewy weasels, bingo bongo, screwy louis,

reaper piscer, blue ones, red ones, chicken of the woods, Hershey's of the woods, as they want. Basically, it's a big hedonistic treat day where eating bad food is considered healthy,
