Hey, hey, everybody. If things sound a little bit different than usual, that's because

it's just me, Ben Greenfield, and I'm traveling right now. I'm in Vancouver, Canada. I'm in

my room in this tiny little bed and breakfast, and you'd actually laugh if you saw me right

now. First of all, I'm attending a conference up here, so it is like 6 a.m. in the morning.

I'm still in bed. The computer is here, the microphone is propped up against a book here in the

bed, because my room is so tidy, there's no actual desk in it. I'm staying at a bed and breakfast,
