to be healthy for years. All my family members have stopped trying. Most of my friends have

slowly grown to be overweight or obese. I saw my metabolism start to slow when I turned 30.

I've been working out and eating healthy for years on my own, and I get made fun of all the time.

I was shamed for working out while pregnant multiple times, and my family shames me for refusing

that might mean cutting out a lot of these fucking people. Because unfortunately, when you start investing in yourself, when you find the seven

pillars, when you really start focusing on investing in your health, you're going to leave

All of a sudden, you're going to see the contrast and you're going to see what other people won't do for themselves

and it gets very pathetic very fast it gets very self-deprecating it starts looking really really

really bad which is why most of you have to remove yourselves from acquaintances or colleagues or family members that are doing nothing but trying to pull you down to their level so they don't have to face their own inadequacies.
