And my guest today is Kelly Cardin.

Kelly, welcome to the show.

Thank you so much for having me. I appreciate it. I'm excited to have Kelly on. Kelly is someone I know because I've been to her business. She's here in the Dallas area where I am. Kelly is a successful small

business owner, and she founded Cryo One, the business that we're going to

chat about back in 2015, is when she first started. Cryo 1 is a provider of cryotherapy services.

And if you don't know what that means, I'll explain it here in a moment. And then, of course,

we'll be chatting about it. But, and I've been there,

and I've used cryotherapy services, and I've been to her facility in specific, but chryotherapy

involves standing in a nitrogen-cooled cryosana for about three minutes and being exposed to

temperatures that vary from negative 167 degrees Fahrenheit to negative 202.

I can't quite go that high yet.

And during the session, what happens to our body is the blood rushes to the core to protect vital organs.

Then once the session is over, the body immediately starts to re-war the rewarning process and then supplying

blood to the extremities with this newly oxygenated blood, the results is that a lot of people

will tell you that it helps with pain reduction, inflammation reduction, minor headaches,

all different types of results.

Everybody is different.

I know for me, it helps with inflammation issues for my wife who has arthritic conditions.
