Hello hello and Let's begin. Hello and welcome to the latest episode of Black Girls Heel. So the holiday season is in full effect. We are all slowing down a little bit. Many of us are traveling. Many of us are just trying to keep our heads on straight and so for this week I thought it would be best to just keep it simple and for us to revisit one of our previous episodes.
