Hey, everyone. So we are three months into this pandemic experience, depending on where you live.

And how is it going for you?

Well, you might have noticed over the past couple of weeks, we've been talking about

helping our children to handle their emotions related to the pandemic, but also in general.

And one of the themes I've noticed coming up is that we need to be

able to regulate our emotions. Emotions are contagious and that old saying, the wife's tale,

which wife's tales sometimes have some truth, I've noticed, that saying, if mama ain't happy,

ain't nobody happy, it's so true. And if you accept that as a

truth, it will help you feel justified in making sure you feel good. And that's the point of this
