What's our topic today, Cody?

Bubble Trouble. That's right.

Karen named this.

She's on fire today.

We were going to call it Beware of the bubble, but then she said, what about bubble trouble?

Even better.

Here's what we're talking about today. Very simple. In any kind of

organization, in any kind of situation, when you get so used to being around the

same kind of people and thinking the same kind of way, you create a bubble and that bubble is

actually bad. It's very comfortable, but it prevents you from being able to relate to and

understand people outside of that bubble.

And we want to talk about that today

because we talk about this all the time,

and it relates to so many parts of life.

And so that's our topic today.
