We're going to talk about, I don't think this is going to take that long way.

It's really interesting, I think,

is that when you have a strategic advantage, when you do something that gives you a strategic advantage

other people are going to say wait that's not fair in fact you might even feel like gosh what we've done is made this unfair and that's the whole point but we're not

talking about breaking the law we're not talking about doing something that's

violates ethical standards it means our job is to make our organization have an unfair competitive advantage.

And so many companies have done it and people will say, that's not fair.

And the fact is, you could have done it too.

We should talk about some examples. This is such a fun topic. We were brainstorming
