In today's episode we go over seven tips to get you back on track on your fitness journey. If you feel like you've fallen off, or aren't all the way motivated like you've been in the past, then this is the episode for you.
1- Start with one small action. Motion is lotion. Don’t overcomplicate it.
1.5- The victory is in the habit
2- Build momentum and use it to your advantage.
3- Just do it. “I want to sign up for coaching.” “I want to log my weights more” Everyone procrastinates.
4- Have accountability. No one will notice you miss a workout if you don’t make it known.
5- Stop taking breaks. STOP BEING ALL OR NOTHING! Light switch example.
6- Listen to us. Sunny example.
7- Don’t stress about the past. “I used to be _____ lbs in the past”
