even last week on one of my group calls. Every Wednesday we do a group call for our online

coaching clients. I just started talking about how I do believe that we need to start focusing more on the habits and the actions that produce it rather than just like, oh, the scale didn't go down today. Like, oh, like, you know, just people get so thrown off and that's when it gets very demotivating. So focus on the actions. The results will come. It may not come tomorrow.

It may not come within a week, but they will come if you kind of change your mindset. That's awesome. Yeah. You know, it really isn't about the journey or it's about the journey, not the destination. And it's the same with this. You know, it's very easy to be caught up and be like, oh, once I have my goal, I'll be happy or this goal, this goal, this goal.
