that story is like, but it used to be easy, so like, what am I doing wrong? What's the problem?

That's a very common phenomena. Yes, it is. Is that a word? Yes.

When trying to lose weight. Yeah. I think I think literally everyone experiences this at some point

where you're in a groove and all of a sudden you're like, wait, what happened? This feels way

harder than it used to felt. Yeah. So what do we do?

That's a great question. I like to remind my clients that things don't like just get harder

normally. Like normally there's been a change in maybe your life or a change in what you're doing,

but mainly a change in what you're thinking.

I find that when people start vibe club, especially, like, there's an excitement, there's a hopefulness,

there's a, you know, there's just an excitement to do the shit, and then all of a sudden that excitement wanes, and it's like, oh, it's harder now. And it's like, well, it's not really harder now. It's exactly the same as it was. Like, everything is the same.
