Because if I said, hey, right now I could snap my fingers, you'll be in great shape, you're going to look like this for one week, and then you're never going to look like this again, you'd be like, eh, I'm not that interested. But if I said, hey, you know, I'm going to give you the blueprint to put in some work to learn, you know, how it works,

we really want. And we're going to give you 10 tips to make sure you achieve that. Here's the thing. I hear a lot of people and I'm sure you can relate to this as well. Oh, I used to be in shape. I used to be able to do this and like our goal. I want to look how I did in college. Yeah. Like our goal, exactly with every client that we work with and just anyone as just in general is to be able to help you have the tools and the resources. So five years from now, you can say, wow, like, I'm in the best shape ever. And like, we have a lot of clients who are 42, 45, 50, and they're like, wow, I'm literally in better shape than I used to be. And we don't want you to be that person who just like gets injured or just doesn't understand macros or know how to eat or just can't like do any of that

stuff we want you to succeed not for the next 60 days 90 days but for the rest of your life
