Everybody should have at least in my mind everybody should have at least a couple big goals right?

Big things you focus on, keep in the back of your mind at all times, that's kind of what you're

working towards. But the problem with those goals is they're too abstract a lot of times, and that's where I think people can

kind of get derailed and fail in achieving their goals is it needs to be more concrete,

something you can see and taste and touch on a daily basis.

So what does that mean?

It means process goals over outcome goals or more habit-based goals, just forming daily habits.

If you form daily habits, you're going to get a lot closer.

It's very vague to say, I want to lose 30 pounds.
