all right so we're going to jump right into quotes today and i got a really great quote um you know know, this is something I saw it and I wrote it down as quick as I could. You know, I went right to our little sheet where we organized these episodes. And today's quote is, the big secret is that there is no big secret. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you're willing to work. And that just hit me. You know, I loved it.

It's called Beast Mode or something like that. And, you know, the guy talked about how, you know, you just got to work and you're not made for average. Stop setting average goals and acting as if that's all you deserve because, you know, every person can achieve so much and, you know, we can kind of do whatever we set our mind to. And, you know, seeing even this quote align with that, that the big secret is that there is no big

but hey the second that you realize there's none of that you know you're going to be successful so

hey thanks for bringing that up um my quote for this week is uh and this is kind of, like, I think I may be butchering it, but I heard it the other day. And, you know, the same principle applies. Those that run away from accountability often need it the most and end up becoming weak. And I heard this from David Goggins and, you know, I was just listening to it. I'm like, man, it's actually so true. I feel like like anyone can relate to this that they're the strongest version of themselves. They get the best results when they have some sort of accountability. And I think a lot of times, like this is a good message. Like if you don't have accountability, we talk about it a lot in this podcast. But like you need something to hold you accountable. You need some person, some challenge something. And those people who try to stay away from it, I feel like they end up being the weakest because there's a reason they're trying to run away from it is because it's tough, because they have to report into someone, because there's someone who's sending the messages, because there's someone who's doing check-ins.
