Having confidence that you got something from that stop. So I absolutely know I got so many good things from being a nurse for six years. I have the confidence to go out and have a different career and still

take all that with me.

Okay, today we are going to talk about a topic that we get asked about a lot and that is confidence. Abby and I both believe that it is something that you build.

It's something that can ebb and flow.

It's something that in different areas,

maybe you have work to do in one area where in another area your confidence is pretty high.

So we're going to cover a couple different areas and how in our lives we have learned to grow our confidence, which is our goal here.

So the first thing I wanted to talk about which comes in a lot is career confidence.

I think this comes up for women in many different ways. I know a lot of

people in our community have been seeking a job change. Maybe they want to change companies,

maybe they want to move up at work and they want to change companies, maybe they want to move up at work, and they want to pitch themselves to take on more responsibility.

Whatever it is, let's start by talking about career confidence.

And it's interesting because I feel like in our 30s and 40s,

the career that you started with or the career that you had in your 20s,

maybe the career that you even went to college for,
