to be a man in this chaotic world, it's going to be very important for me to have systems and

processes that create an environment around me that served me for who I want to be, not who society

says I should be, not who my friends are wanting me to be, not who my family tried to raise me to

be. And so that's when I became a system thinker and understanding that everything I did

affected everything else. And so over the last 15 years, I've spent a lot of time refining that

system. It's now called the reps operating system. That's where life as reps came from. I'm grateful

for that dark time. I don't wish it for anybody. A lot of people listening to this will probably

be able to relate those moments that if you pull the lesson from them are very powerful A single theme is too narrow for great minds and daring hearts.

Donovan, let's start with a little bit about, you know, your background and what you're about because I see your shirt and your background. Life is reps, which, of course, we're going to talk about. But you're a man on a mission, but I'm sure it took a bit of a journey to get to where you are today. Yeah, man. That question takes me back to my youth.

You know, I was raised in a household where there was lots of love and it was peaceful.

And I felt like we always had everything we needed.

My mom is a very faith-driven woman still to this day.

And so grew up going to church.

And twice a week, we were in church. And I just learned a lot about faith at that time. As a teenager, I rebelled against that.

And I wanted to, there was a part of me searching for identity of becoming a young man and what that

was all about.

And in the process of that, got myself into a lot of trouble, you know, a couple of milestones where I ended up dropping out of high school three months before I was set to
