it protects us it gives us that memory. It says, oh no, this is a dangerous situation.

This is not something that, this is where I've been hurt before. Let me hop out. But we also have control of our ego. And I want to, I want everyone who's listening to understand that we are not,

So pay close attention because that ruminating monkey mind that you've heard all of your life that
