0:48.3	a day off this week, but I guess last week rolled into this week. And the best part about it is,
0:53.5	I don't even know what day it is anymore.
0:55.6	It doesn't matter because we love what we're doing.
0:57.6	I mean, Jake and Gino, the community is making an impact.
1:00.3	I had an amazing weekend because I saw really the culture and the core values emanate
1:03.9	throughout the entire, I mean, platform.
1:06.1	I mean, the Ram property management team was there.
1:08.1	They were teaching our students how to buy deals. They were teaching our students how to reposition properties. They were networking with our
1:13.8	students. Our students were there of 150, three buses full going to three different properties.
1:19.5	Then at nighttime, doing that networking event, getting to meet students and getting to network
1:23.5	with them as well. It was an awesome event. It was fantastic.
