Hi, this is Steve. Last week, millions tuned in to watch the Chicago Cubs and the Cleveland Indians battle it out in one of the most exciting world series of the last decade.

This one had everything. Great pitching, bass running, rain delays, intentional walks, and

game-changing home runs. But it also had something else. It had two cities hoping and praying

that this year would end the curse because baseball is more

than fast pitches and great plays. Baseball is about tradition and history,

superstition and character. It's about that moment when a hitter faces a pitcher,

success or failure, hero or laughing stock, it will all be decided in a split second.

But that second seems to last forever.

There is perhaps no more dramatic moment in sports than two outs in the bottom of the ninth,

and no movie captures that moment better than the natural, directed by Barry. the by Randy Newman and beautiful cinematography the natural captures something

both magical and nostalgic about this most American of pastimes.
