Habits are a big deal. If you, if you've been follow me on Instagram and my stories, you may know

that I have health goals for this year.

I'm trying to get in shape.

I'm trying to live to at least 110.

So I was like, I'm going to get really, really serious about this.

And you also may know that at the beginning of the year, I used to make stories about all the changes that I was making.

It's like meditate, cardio,

a sting room, red light, cold plunge. It was taking me like two hours to do all of these

things. And at some point I was like, this is just way too much. This is becoming a job.

And so I dialed things back and there are only three new habits that I had to

develop. And I'll tell you what they are in a second in order to go from 179 pounds in January to

this morning I was 171.3. I got one more pound to go. And then after that, I'm going to start

looking way too skinny. Right. And those three habits are these. And then after that, I'm going to start looking way too skinny, right?
