and we are turning back that clock all the way to episode number 663 in our feature speaker

Brene Brown. I love this talk. It reminds me of at least a decade ago I went to, in San Diego,

I took these landmark education seminars.

And one of the things that really stood out for me at that time was, you know, that there are some people who are on the field playing the game, putting themselves on the line, making

mistakes, having victories, having failures and losses. And then at the same

time, there are those who are watching the game, those who are in the bleachers, in the stands,

criticizing, saying what they would have and could have done if they were in the game, but they

never chose to get in.

And as I was listening to this talk,

I couldn't help but think about that person who is sitting on the bench, right?

Down on the field, but sitting on the bench.

And they're working themselves up to get into the game,

like to fully check in.

And when they're ready to stand up and go in to really be seen, be heard and show up,

all of a sudden these three haters sit down next to them.

And Bray is going to talk about these three haters, or maybe she calls them,

gremlins of shame, scarcity, and comparison that have a way of sitting down with us and saying,

no, maybe you should wait till next game.

Maybe you should wait until next season.
