We got Leo Busca, Leah, on the show today. And he's going to share what he learned from an 85-year-old man about what's really important in life, what matters, what doesn't matter, and how we very often get consumed by the things that in the grand

scheme of things don't really matter that much.

And it reminds me of a of a quote by Victor Frankel.

It goes like this.

Live as if you were living a second time and as though you had acted wrongly the first time.

I love that quote. It reminds me of when we say, oh my gosh, if I knew what I knew now and I was

in college, oh my God, I'd have been so different. Oh, if I knew when I was 20, would I know now

I'd be a billionaire? Like, what if you were able to

come back and live your life again? How would it be different? Like, would you laugh more?

Would you spend more time with friends? Would you do something that you really love to do? How

would it be different? And it's just an opportunity to look at our lives and just say to ourselves,

okay, these things that I'm focusing on don't really matter.

And here's what does.
