Today we're going to be talking about blood sugar and if blood sugar crashes might be triggering your anxiety.

All right blood sugar. We hear a lot about sugar in the news and I want to start by talking about sugar as not only

refined sugar but we're also going to be looking at sugar is processed

carbohydrates. So everybody has a different level of sensitivity, so you may or may not even be affected by straight up sugar or very refined

carbohydrates not everybody is but if you are if this is something that triggers your anxiety, this is a fabulous

place to really knock this down.

It gives you big breathing space and ability to be on even kill much more often and really work on not having the danger signal being triggered all the time to your mind and body.
