This comes as a question from one of our listeners and our listener says hi Gina whether it's an old

podcast or new I make it a habit to listen to one of your podcasts every morning before work and it

I've noticed so many viewers have similar questions to me which is comforting that we are all part of

One question that I have that I think others can relate to is explaining our anxiety to others. This has been a big struggle for me.

Although I try my best to always push myself out of my comfort zone,

there are times when anxiety gets in the way of social

commitments. While my parents are understanding, some friends and relatives are

not and simply think I am blowing them off because I don't want to go. are not

but they do not understand what anxiety truly is and therefore never empathize or understand.
