Summary
In today's episode, Emily has a very special guest, Beckie Venard. Beckie is a client of Emily's Evolve X mentorship program. Emily is doing a series with past clients to allow them to share their personal growth journey of evolving. Each client has a very different experience and we are so honored to be sharing some of them. Being from a small town, Beckie shares how she has always thought of herself as an outsider. She desperately was seeking community and like minded individuals in her life who were passionate about evolving. That was one of the reasons she joined the Evolve X program. Beckie shares that a big part of the program that was an impact on her was becoming more self aware and how important the journal prompts were in helping her increase her self awareness. Beckie states that she struggled talking to people and felt that being the quiet one was holding her back and hindering her as a personal trainer and host of her show Relentlessly Fit Podcast. But as she went through the program she really started to own being an introvert and realized it was part of her purpose. Every week the program focuses on a different topic and she shares about her hardest week in the program, how she got through it and what she learned from it. Beckie says the program gave her confidence and helped her build consistency which has been life changing for her. Listen to hear Beckie's full evolving journey and what advice she gives to the new group that are about to start on theirs.
