0:19.5

This approach has been revolutionary and changed thousands and thousands

0:23.7

of lives. I'm your host, Sarah Brewer. Hey everyone, today I am sharing an audio with you about

0:32.8

feeling discomfort and feeling it on purpose and why that is so important and what that looks

0:39.9

like, this concept changed my life. This concept completely changed my life. The process to

0:47.6

quitting porn, overcoming porn, to becoming a new person is a process of feeling discomfort. I've heard it said before that discomfort

you have to make decisions that require you to feel uncomfortable, whether that is, you know,

1:45.9

deciding to start a new workout routine and it feels uncomfortable, whether that's coming and

1:50.3

joining the program and it feels a little bit uncomfortable or a little bit scary or you have

1:54.3

some doubts. Instead of looking at those fears and doubts as obstacles, I want you to look at them

1:59.7

as the first step to working through this

2:03.5

habit because what we're going to teach you and what we work through over and over and over and

2:07.9

again and you get like the coaching on it. So it's not just you trying to figure it out on your own.
