Hello my friends. Welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast. I am Elizabeth Benton and we

are going to be super practical today. We've had a lot of new listeners to the podcast recently

and new listeners means new questions and I love that and there's definitely been a few themes

to these questions and so I want to hit the areas where it seems like most people are finding

is frustration about eating at night, overeating at night, feeling like I do great all day but then
