0:19.7

matter your schedule. we really want to

0:21.6

teach you how to take you know your life by the reins and make the absolute most out of it these

0:26.5

are 12 things that have radically changed how we live our lives to help us get more done to be more

0:31.5

confident to have more energy and to have renewed focus day to day you know when you feel like

0:36.0

you have to juggle a million things perhaps you're're a mother, a father, a friend, a brother, whatever it is, a teacher, a lover, someone who needs to work out, we wear all these hats and we can be so overwhelmed. So these are 12 tips that are gonna really help you level up your day. Make sure to listen close. Yeah, and like a lot of people right now are at home. And I think this is

0:55.3

more important than ever. I find some people probably honestly wake up at 8, 8, 85. They roll out of

1:01.1

bed and they start their day. Listen up. These tips are radically going to transform how you

1:06.9

approach everything. And I truly believe like jumping into number one planning the day before

1:12.0

is absolutely huge like I'm a firm believer that your morning and the rest of your day actually

1:16.4

starts the night before and what do you mean by this for me some of the things I do lately

1:20.5

I've just actually been laying everything out before I go to bed right so even at 8 o'clock 9 o'clock

1:25.6

I put the coffee machine on, I put all the

1:27.5

beans in, all that stuff. So it starts at 5.30, it actually starts brewing and I can start smelling the coffee, which is awesome. My clothes are all laid out. And above all, my to do list is pretty much set out. So there's three to five things that I need to do the next day. Just everything is taking care of. I'm planning the time I'm going to be waking up. It's consistent

1:46.3

every single day. do the next day. Just everything is taken care of. I'm planning the time I'm

1:44.3

going to be waking up. It's consistent every single day. Planning the day before, we'll make sure the next day is the best day ever. It's number one and it's very, very important. If you wake up and you don't know what's going on and you try to plan it your day, it's already too late. You know, it takes a lot of willpower to get rolling and we only have

2:01.5

so much in a day. And an easy way to squander it is to not be prepared. You know, when you wake up, you have to battle with that alarm clock to not hit snooze and to hop out of bed. That's your first battle. Next up, you have to decide what to wear. What are you going to eat? What are you going to do? Where do you need to be?

2:16.9

If you don't know these things, you're putting yourself in a big disadvantage.

2:20.3

So, you know, I love what Kyle said about preparing things, maybe laying out your clothes, getting your calendar ready for the next day. What's the most important thing you need to achieve? Where do you need to be? Start figuring out the logistics of the time it'll take to get there. And by doing that, you will be leaps ahead of everyone else. And that brings me perfectly into number two is creating a calendar for yourself. You know, even if you're someone who has a very rigid and structured life and you feel like every day is the same, a calendar can be invaluable because it can really help you visualize what's going on. You know, where do you have time? Where do you have no time? Do you need to wake up earlier? And an exercise I really love that I will personally be doing that I've recently read about was to create an honesty calendar. So each day for a week, you know, instead of doing it in front of time, you know, before things happen, do it after things happen. So, you know, and you've got to be brutally honest with this one. If you're watching TV for six hours,

3:09.1

put it on the calendar and tally everything up
