And obviously, this depends on the level of, you know, just commitment you're able to kind of dedicate and like what kind of goals you're looking to strive for but at the end of the day like um you know all that time and sacrifice like

it's going to be worth it right it may not seem like it throughout the journey it may seem like it's just you're never getting there but it will be worth it no matter what you just got to keep going you got to stay focused you got to keep your head down and just you know do what you need to do and uh yeah once again it'll be worth it so it's just a friendly reminder It's Monday. Get out there. You know, stay focused on what you're striving for this week. Plan out your workout. It's putting your calendar exactly when you're going to do it, what you're going to do. And just, you know, the biggest thing is focus on your goals. Like, what are you striving for and why do you want it? And you guys will make some big things happen this week. Yeah, I think a lot of people make the mistake of saying, I'm going to get started with fitness, I'm going to be a journey of self development and growth. And, you know, they don't expect to see any, you know, trials and tribulations or, you know, have any hardship in that journey. And, you know, going in with that position of mindset is just asking to fail, right? You know, life is ups and downs. Your journey, there'll be days where you don't want to do it.

We're like, I don't know how I'm going to survive. You know, you'll have to potentially deal with injuries, deal through hardship. And once again, most of your journey will be really positive. But you do have to expect, you know, it will be a little bit hard. It will take some time.
