on how to accept your past. And we've just sort of picked out a few sort of different questions

here, but it was really interesting kind of the response. And I actually think this is quite, I think

this is a really big issue, actually, don't you? So do I. I think it's the thing that,

it is part of the process. And I think it's something that a lot of people really, really

struggle with.

I mean, I would take the view that we come into our drinking careers with a fair

degree of shame or difficulty about our past anyway, about the way that our

childhoods have been and things
