fasting field. Well, first I want to thank you for having me. It's an honor. And I was looking forward

to this for such a long time. But this topic specifically for me, at least anyway, something I would

got into this my my background is an exercise physiology and nutrition and got my

getting my doctor in 2007 what I wanted to do was practice you know we call

a lifestyle medicine or concierge medicine and one of the things about what I wanted to do was practice, you know, we call it lifestyle medicine or concierge medicine.

And one of the things about what I realized about food was, you know, you want to be eating the
