Summary
In today's episode, Emily talks about how important your environment is to evolving. Your environment includes your home, the people in your life, your work place, what you watch or listen to, anything you surround yourself with. Are any of those things holding you back from being the best version of you? How much influence do those things have on your decisions? She also talks about finding your gifts and talents and being intentional about how you bring those things out of you in order to share them with the world. You may not realize that what you're currently choosing is actually doing the opposite and is killing those gifts and talents. You may be really holding yourself back from success due to your environment being so comfortable for you. Are you scared to leave that comfort? Every day is a gift and it is up to you to live each day to the fullest and to challenge yourself to be better. If you give it you're all, you will not fail. Don't stay stuck. Don't stay predictable. Don't stay small. Choose better for yourself and go ALL IN ON YOU! Take that leap of faith and it will be what changes the trajectory of your life. Know there's more out there, it just requires you to take that step forward. Evolving isn't always pretty or easy. Sometimes you say yes to things, sometimes you say no to things. You have to be willing to struggle and get out of your comfort zone in order to reach the next best version of you. That's today's message.
