So COVID-19. It's an interesting world, isn't it? Yes, there is suffering and struggle.

And I acknowledge that. Many of you are working. Many of you work in the healthcare profession.

And my hat is off to all of you. Thank you so much. Those of you working at

grocery stores, those of you providing any essential service, thank you. All of us, whether we're

working or not right now, have this amazing opportunity to learn from this. We learn our whole lives

long, but this is a big one. Our minds will never forget it. There's a definite before and

after in terms of COVID-19. But I want to talk about how one of the big things I'm learning,

and maybe you are too, is to let go of control and to learn emotional resilience. Two big lessons.

First of all, letting go of control. We can't control

the outcome. We don't have a lot of control over when we're going to catch it, even if we're doing

physical distancing. We don't have a lot of control over the other people who live with us.

We don't have a lot of control over anything except how we feel,

how we manage things, what we expect of ourselves and others. So it becomes this beautiful time to

stop trying to control and just let go. One thing letting go requires of us is to be able to
