0:08.0	John and I finally decided to tackle what many believe to be the greatest film of all time. Citizen Kane.
0:16.4	Of course, for a movie like that, we knew we had to do something truly special.
0:20.3	I mean, how could a single podcast cover a film of such monumental importance?
0:25.6	Our decision was not one episode or two but an entire month of the Cinophiles devoted to the

0:35.6	The next year it was Hitchcock, rear window, vertigo, and psycho.
0:40.7	Last year we tackled the Emperor, Kirakurisawa, with seven samurai and Jojimbo.
0:47.1	This year, there really was no question what director and what films we were going to explore.
0:53.9	Since the beginning of the Synophiles, there has probably been no more requested films than
0:58.4	Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather and The Godfather Part 2. But the fact is even a month of the
