I love what you're doing, not just professionally, but you're also very passionate about

spreading for natural literacy and you're trying to motivate other people.

And the reason I think that's very inspiring is because you're very young and normally people

are very selfish, they're focused on building themselves first,

and then many, many years down the road, when they've had all the success, then they start thinking about, I'm going to mentor other people. You're doing everything in lockstep, which I think is just awesome. Thank you. Thank you. I'm a strong believer to who much is given, much is required. and as you mentioned, I'm somewhat of a rarity in this space. But I know the biggest thing that has helped me to get to where I am is other people. And speaking up, asking questions, being at the right place, at the right time. And then more importantly, taking action and momentum. So a lot of folks are able to get started. And I love real estate is one of the most

forgiving, feels there are. I always chuckle. Before I say this, but it's absolutely true. And you

probably have experienced this as well. It doesn't take a lot of intelligence to do well in real

estate. Yes. I always say the bar is so low. You just need to,

you need to have a little bit of responsiveness and just keep showing up and you're going to do okay.

So imagine if you bring some intelligence, right, expertise, networking, and willpower,

and vision to really go out there and get it. You can do amazing things. And right now is one of

the great time for that. And I see that as an opportunity. So that's why I'm shouting from the

rooftops to everyone that real estate is definitely something that everyone, I believe, can get into

with some strategy and support, you can get it done. And for me personally, I come from a financial background, and I feel like I got to probably mid-30s, where aside from when I moved to the U.S., I bought a condo. Aside from that, I wasn't really exposed to investing in real estate. I didn't really know much about it. And I look back and I'm like, it's just this, there seems to be people that are either have no financial literacy. There's people that are into the kind of the stock world and then there's the real estate world. And my goal now is to try to, just like you, spread the knowledge and also try to bridge the gap between, you know, finding how to invest and what to invest it. But I read this awesome thing. So I know you're, you're fond of spreading the message of the importance of home ownership. And it said, if you don't own the home you live in, you're not neutral real estate. You're actually negative real estate. Absolutely. And if you own the house, you're not a real estate investor. You're just neutral because you own the house. You have to actually own your property you live in and an investment property to be a real estate investor. Or multi units. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. So I think that's so awesome.

So I think that's so awesome. But maybe we can start with how did you, but it be your background and I know you overcome some came a lot of tough things in your youth. Can you talk a little bit about, you know, where you came from and how you got to be the person you are today? So I think I can tell that you've gone through a lot to, you know, pressure creates diamonds, right?

And I've seen some little things you posted and some little stories you shared.

But I'd love to, if you could just paint the picture, that would be awesome.
