Marshall here. Welcome back to the Realignment. Hope you had a great weekend and have a chance

mixing in interviews with experts and just more back and forth discussion episodes that I know

you all enjoyed. So what we're doing today is I'm speaking with one of my best friends from

college back at the University of Oregon. Ben Bowman, he is a local school board member

back in Oregon. He's running for the Oregon House of Representatives and he's been deeply

interested in the Ukraine topic and has listened to all of our coverage. So brought him in to do a lot

of back and forth on the topic and get his perspective. Additionally, Ben has a bit of a bone to

pick with the way. Saga and I have covered cynicism politics getting involved. So our last section,

our last fourth of the episode is really focused on that idea of how you can get involved despite

the cynicism that we too often promote on the show. Hope you enjoy it. Quick thing for
