And since Boa's is gone we've worked in a topic that doesn't include an Oxford comma here so it's virtues values and volition no Oxford comma

That's right definitely does not seem necessary there.

Virtues, values, and volition.

Now two things I want to tell you about this.

First of all, this is a little bit liberal artsy, but we absolutely apply it to practical elements of organizations and leadership in the workplace.

The other thing is we are recording this for the second time because the last time we did it we learned so much

and we realize what we didn't know and we love to have you participate in that

with us in those conversations but it was so messy and we were so we figured some

things out we wanted to present it to you in a little bit more cleanly but we know that it's still

going to be messy. So the point here is this virtues. What is a virtue? Well there are

seven virtues presented from the Bible and I'll just run through them really fast.

We'll do that at the beginning.
