Scrappy Do. But really what this is about is that word Scrappy. And it's one of our favorite words at the table group and we use it in

terms of how we like to get things done and even the kind of people we like to hire but we never

really defined it we just know it when we see it. And then last week we were talking about it and something

ridiculously obvious occurred to me and we thought we should talk about this and just

explore the whole concept of why this is so important and you know so many

clients that I talked to when we talk about Scrappy most of them go oh we want

scrappy people too. So what is it first of all what is scrappiness and why is it something that people are so drawn to in most environments?

When I think about scrappie, it feels like it's the person who
