night and Aaron came up with this idea because we were just having a conversation around

Yeah, well, and this kind of spawned for me because I was listening to a podcast on Cody Boom Boom,

and Cody, our friend who we've had on the show multiple times, has a great podcast.

And I never really consume just straight up fitness content anymore, but I was on an airplane by myself and I'm listening.

And it was Dr. Joe Klimkowski, hard to say his name, who is the diet doc was kind of one of the originators of macros.
