Anyway, Cody, I'm a little giddy today.

Hit the reset button.

That's right.

We are we are recording this in January of course.

It's not January 2nd, but it's pretty much the middle of January.

And we had a meeting yesterday. It was really our first all hands meeting, and it provoked this conversation because Cody you did a really good job at that meeting

getting us to kind of reset where we're at because as we're still only in that first

month which is what is that 8% of the time in a year.

And this is a really important time

to kind of step back and make sure that we all kind of know where we are

and what we're trying to do. And it's easy to just go back to work
