Today we're going to talk about rule two. Last week we talked about Rule 1, give every dollar a job.

That job is a representation of your priorities. Sometimes it's a representation of your

We'll get away from it. Rule two is embrace your true expenses.

When I tell people, hey, what are your monthly expenses? I guess I asked them, what are your monthly expenses?

They'll list those monthly expenses and I kind of set them up because I say

monthly and they start thinking things like cable phone bill groceries maybe gas

for the car maybe they don't think about the larger, less frequent expenses, like

dance recital that comes once a year or summer camp for the kids or property taxes if they aren't bundled up with the

mortgage or the holidays and the spending that happens there or gifts that

happen or lots of weddings that you may be are asked to go to and you need to have a gift for that.

I don't know what it is exactly for you, but I can hazard a guess.

And what you can do is go back through,

let's say like six months of bank data.

Just log in online, tell it to show you like the last six months, and just scroll, just kind of meander

through there and train your eye to look for four digit numbers. So it'll all be lined up and just kind of scroll through and
