But you don't choose a Toyota truck to follow the beaten path.

You choose it to find the places in between.

The detours, where each adventure pulls you toward the next.

And wrong turns to not right.

So why would you ever take a tour when you could take a detour?

We are energetic beings down here having a very physical experience.

And I think for us to understand our spiritual selves, our energetic selves, we have to

experience this relative world. In order to see the light, you must, of course, flip off the switch

and see the dark. And so this is that. And so we're here in this essentially Earth school,

and we're acquiring understanding of ourselves and each other.

Speaking of truth and vulnerability, I think I knew a little bit of this about you.

I think you've mentioned it in one way or another privately.

And I think I had this kind of fantasy or assumption that when it came to Costa Rica,

I would be the man that gave you a corrective experience.

Like in that, like, in that, that we would spend a lot of time together.

And because you, you said that you, with men, they kind of come and go, you don't have, like, like, like, stable men in your life. It's not like, right? So that's what I mean. Like, I would be the first stable man in your, in your life as a friend, which is, you know, kind of arrogant, but... Well, no, it's actually a really lovely sentiment.
