Summary
Why can’t they love me the way I want them to?
Why can’t they stop playing the victim?
She shouldn’t treat me that way, he is pissing me off, they are being so unfair…
All of that could be true. But, how does thinking those things make YOU feel? Because you’re the only one feeling your anger, judgement, resentment. In the same way that you’re the only one who gets to feel your love, compassion, empathy.
In episode seven I shared how to handle toxic relationships. In todays episode I dive into how to handle relationships with people you love and want in your life, but you feel aren’t showing up for you the way you want them to.
This is gonna be a rough one, but its a real one. And I hope that as you employ and embody some of these thought tactics and strategies, you give yourself more peace and give them more grace.
See you inside 💥
