We're here this week on another edition of our wellness and weight loss Wednesday show,

where we're going over a follow-up from last week and last week we spoke about carb cycling.

Many of you familiar with carb cycling when you're looking at your macros, when you're

trying to calculate how many grams of carbohydrates per to eat per day, but also there's something

called macroscycline.

And macroscycline is also looking at total grams of fats, protein, and carbs per day,

but it does it in a little bit different light.

So what I want to share with you today is the difference between carb cycling and macroscycline

allow you to choose the one that fits better for you in your life and honestly figure out
