Summary

In today's episode, Emily is sitting down with some repeat guests, her Evolve X coaches Hannah and Amanda. The three coaches discuss a wide range of topics, such as how to get your family and friends on board with your goals, finding others who share the same values as you, sobriety, what doing the work looks like, burn out and how to handle stressful situations. Starting the show off, the ladies take turns talking about what they are grateful for, which is a big part of the Evolve X program, having gratitude. When you start a new journey to evolve, it can sometimes feel isolating, especially if you don't have support from people in your life. The ladies share ways to find a community of people who are going after the same things as you which can help motivate you and keep you going. It's important to surround yourself with those kinds of people and sometimes that requires you to put yourself out there! The ladies also discuss how important it is to break free from the unconscious patterns and habits that aren't serving you in your life. Listen to hear these amazing ladies share some really great insight and experience on these important topics.
