We can easily fall into the trap of finding out identify and worth in the things of this world that are passing away and this leaves us on shaky ground. Our true identity can only be found in knowing who God says we are and that is what we are covering in today's episode, We will use a simple took right out of the book of Ephesians to have you be unshakable in knowing your identity in Christ.

0:24.5	All right. So today we're going to talk about your identity. We're going to talk about who God says that you are, no matter what is happening in this world,
0:29.7	no matter how crazy this world gets, no matter how crazy people get, no matter how dark this world gets,
0:34.5	no matter how fallen this world gets. there's one thing that is never, ever
0:38.2	changing. That is who God says that you are, because who God says that you are is an eternal
0:43.6	thing, and you get to walk in that for eternity, and that includes your short time here on this
0:50.4	earth. Now, I just want to remind us all and put things into perspective today that we're
0:55.0	only here for a short time. Our time here is short. As we're here, it feels like we're here
1:00.8	forever. It feels like the things of this world are what matter the most. But the truth is when we
1:05.0	really all step back, we all know and we all agree that our time here is limited and it's short
1:10.7	and we don't know when we're
1:11.8	going to take our last breath. And as the world is getting crazier, I thought, you know,
1:16.1	let's take the time today to really dig into God's word and look at who God says that you are.
1:21.3	Because one of the challenges can be that we can find our identity and our worth in the passing
1:26.7	things of this world.
1:28.4	And when we do that, when those things are taken away or those things come and go,
1:33.2	our identity and our self-worth fluctuates with that.
1:36.9	So we want to be unshakable in knowing who we are.
