0:21.8	All right, we're going to talk today about how to guard your heart and your mind through the
0:26.2	global pandemic so that you can keep a steady state of peace and even joy no matter what is
0:32.5	happening around the globe and in your country. So this piece, the piece that surpasses all understanding,
0:39.7	is available to all of us at any moment. And we're going to talk about how to access that today.
0:44.8	But we're also going to talk about it inside of the context of what we're facing right now,
0:48.9	which is a global pandemic, which really is the shutdowns, the regulations, the mandates, whether you agree,
0:56.6	whether you disagree, whether you see the contradictions or whether you don't see the
1:00.4	contradictions of what we're being told every single day, it starts to wear on your spirit.
1:05.4	We're also seeing an increase in violence. We're seeing the murder rates go up. We're seeing
1:09.7	this push to defund the police. We're seeing the murder rates go up. We're seeing this push to defund the police.
1:12.5	We're seeing human trafficking and sex trafficking numbers go through the roof. The sex trafficking
1:19.1	hotline has seen unprecedented volume since the lockdown started. Suicides are up. The state of California stated they had more suicides in one week than they normally
1:31.3	have in a year.
1:32.7	And that was in the first round of shutdowns.
1:35.5	And it's only gotten worse since then.
1:38.7	And Robert Redford of the CDC stated that especially for high school students,
1:47.7	right now we are seeing far more deaths from suicide than we are from the virus and far more deaths from drug overdose than we are
1:53.7	from the virus. So we have a problem. We have a really big problem and a lot of people have lost
