0:53.8	want to talk about all of it related to this this concept that multitasking is
0:59.6	good and that inter being interrupted and doing many things at once is somehow a sign of efficiency
1:05.7	when we're pretty convinced that it's really bad for our productivity, it's bad for our
1:10.8	mental health, it's bad for being able to focus, and that's what we're going to talk about today because it's something that all of us struggle with and the world seems to make it easier and easier for us to live in constant interruption and we want to explore that today and talk about maybe how we can
1:26.8	change that and why it's not such a good idea.
