to me this is going to be our Thanksgiving week episode now for people listening

overseas and you know that Americans celebrate Thanksgiving this week but not

everybody celebrates Thanksgiving but it's also the beginning of the holiday Thanksgiving this

also the beginning of the holiday season.

So this is an episode that is

we think relevant for the holidays, but it's not a Hallmark card

like let's all go around and talk about what we're thankful for

because you know we want to make this useful and interesting but we also want to make

it something that could be particularly useful for you as you're spending time with relatives and people you haven't

seen because the way we interact with people at work and the way we interact with our

families has a lot in common. So today we're going to talk about something

related to the holidays and Cody.
